FREE Domestic Shipping Policy

We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, and our shipping policy is an essential part of it. Here's what you need to know:

In-Stock Products

Once you place your order, we typically process it within 1-2 days of receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that order processing time is different from shipping time.

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.

Custom Products

All our custom orders are made to order. The estimated delivery time for custom orders is 4-8 weeks. We'll keep you updated on your order's status, and you can always reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Local Delivery (Miami Area)

We offer free local delivery within our delivery range. Deliveries usually take 5-10 days. We'll notify you via text message, using the phone number you provided at checkout, to let you know when your order will arrive.

Our warehouses are located in Miami, and you can choose to pick up your order in-store at our showroom located at 1905 NW 93rd Ave, Doral, FL 33172.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please note that there may be potential delays in shipping due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are beyond our control. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help you every step of the way.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Returns:

  • All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns are subject to a handling fee of $150, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

No returns will be accepted after the product has been used. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus the handling fee of $150.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
