Our pricing is based on the size of the board, and each board is unique in design. Once you select a board size and style, we will provide you with several pictures of available inventory to choose from, allowing you to hand-select the exact design you want.

What is Live Edge Table Shop's shipping policy?

We offer free nationwide curbside shipping, with expected arrival times of 14-90 days from shipping. If you require inside delivery, additional fees will apply.

How long does it take to process an order from Live Edge Table Shop?

Processing times vary based on communication with our customers. Once we receive your selection, we have a 2 business day turn-around time to ship your products.

What is Live Edge Table Shop's return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges, and we ask that all customers examine their products before signing the delivery receipt. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Are Live Edge Table Shop's products sustainable and eco-friendly?

Yes! We use acacia wood, which is highly eco-friendly due to its fast-growing nature and quick reproduction. We also take great care in selecting and understanding the wood, paying attention to the dryness, grain pattern, character, color, and stability of each table. Our finishes are plant-based, safe, and easy to maintain.

What are the care instructions for Live Edge Table Shop's products?

To maintain the quality of your table, we recommend gently wiping the surface with a soft cotton cloth and avoiding chemical cleaners. Applying wax oil once a year will help preserve the table's quality, and avoiding direct long-term sun exposure is recommended. Small cracks or fissures may appear due to humidity or temperature changes, but this is a natural and inevitable feature of live edge tables and won't affect the table's appearance or usage.

Can Live Edge Table Shop offer bundle pricing?

Yes! We offer bundle pricing on full sets of chairs, table and chair combos, and multiple items. Contact our customer service for more information on bundle pricing.

Can Live Edge Table Shop provide white glove service upon delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide white glove service due to our small business nature. However, we offer curbside delivery at no additional cost, and indoor delivery is available for an extra fee based on location.

What situations would require the customer to be responsible for return shipping on a table?

We cover the outgoing delivery fee for our customers. If there is an issue with delivery on the customer's end and the table needs to be returned, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund once the table returns to our warehouse.
